At Revell Store, we understand that even the most meticulous modelers occasionally need to return or exchange items. Whether you’ve received the wrong scale model fittings or changed your mind about those brass propellers, our policy is designed with the same precision we apply to our model kits.
Our Return Commitment
We stand behind our premium modeling products including Occre train kits, Tamiya RC kits, and historic model fittings. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our community of modelers, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened adhesives & paints (due to chemical handling regulations)
- Custom-made BECC Flags & Decals (personalized items)
- Downloadable content associated with any purchases
- Guns of History replicas with completed assembly
Return Process
Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed with the same care we apply to assembling model boat fittings:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our modeling specialists at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to expedite your request:

Step 2: Packaging Instructions
Once approved:
- Repackage items in their original packaging with all included components (e.g., drive units & outboards must include all small parts)
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- For model kits, ensure all parts are accounted for and unassembled

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., different size propellers or alternate model boat fittings):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (like model detail up parts instead of mounts & gearboxes):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
International Returns
For our global modeling community (excluding restricted regions):
- Follow the same return process
- Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns may be subject to customs inspections
