Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have restricted service.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (except to restricted regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that even expert modelers sometimes need to make adjustments. Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as assembling our model kits.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Eligible Items: Most unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: See list below
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless error is ours)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened adhesives & paints (due to chemical handling regulations)
  • Custom-made BECC Flags & Decals (personalized items)
  • Downloadable content associated with any purchases
  • Guns of History replicas with completed assembly

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Packaging Instructions

  • Repackage items in their original packaging with all components (e.g., drive units & outboards must include all small parts)
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • For model kits, ensure all parts are accounted for and unassembled

Important: Use a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring valuable items like Tamiya RC kits or Victory Miniatures.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after approval
  • Method: Funds returned to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: Email confirmation when processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., different size propellers or alternate model boat fittings):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state your desired exchange item in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (like model detail up parts instead of mounts & gearboxes):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed

International Returns

For our global modeling community (excluding restricted regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returns may be subject to customs inspections
